Hello Their is fraud person in Holloway jd I bought three different shoes of traines on of the shoes was wrong size i returned to change but the size was not their i asked refind was agread but only find the out half of the money has not been refunded what shall i do i have all details and names on the receipt?????????

I struggle to understand how you can run an online business with such shocking customer service. I ordered on o/n 4xxxxxxxx, an Adidas flexi pants and a top with £3.99 carriage charge for next day delivery. Excited and happy that I will be getting these for a friends birthday, I started getting concerned the next day when nothing turned up at my workplace at 4pm. I was told that it hadn’t even been dispatched at all and stock was showing. I was promised I would get a full refund on carriage cost and after holding my frustrations in decided that if it will be dispatched today (2 days after my initial order), I will be willing to wait for it. Next day, as I had no trust in the online service, I called again the customer care line only to be told it hasn’t even been picked yet and won’t be going out today. I felt let down that after promises and assurances from my previous call this still hadn’t been resolved. I was told one of the items I ordered wasn’t in stock, even though online it showed it was in stock. The explanation given was that the front website is always behind the level of stock allocated in the physical warehouse. Ridiculous because I work in a logistics company and the 2 are synonymous. After no assurances were made of when I would get my delivery or a courtesy call to let me know what had happened (which is what I do when things don’t go right). I cancelled my order only to be told I have to wait 3-5 working days to received my refund. So no present to give and almost £50 short of pocket and the prospect of having to keep chasing JD for my refund, I would just like to say thank you for ruining my day. The unprofessionalism when it comes to customer care shown by this sorry story has just drove me far away from your business into the hands of others who actually might care about the customers they serve. Just in case you hide behind the its too busy at the moment due to the Christmas seasons; I ordered from Nike.com online and with no carriage cost, my order arrived the next working day with continuous updates on my order’s status on SMS. Many thanks for not delivering my order and ruining someone’s day. Yours truly annoyed, H
