My order arrived incorrectly; Order #60002308845 for New Balance 2002R Casual Shoes (Big Kids Size 7). I received a Gorgin Bros hat instead of the sneakers. I understand mistakes happen, so I followed the process to return the wrong item so the correct one could be sent. After the return was received, I spoke with a customer service representative who was very kind and assured me my shoes would be shipped with "extra attention" to ensure accuracy. I was grateful for this help. I was therefore very confused to receive an "Order Canceled" email the next day. When I called to ask why, I was told the shoes were out of stock. However, I noted that your website still showed them as IN STOCK. The representative I spoke to mentioned that the website isn't always properly updated, which was concerning to hear. My intention in posting this review is not just to vent frustration, but to highlight a clear breakdown in the customer experience. I believe JD Sports can and should do better, and I hope my feedback serves as a catalyst for positive change.
