Do not purchase anything from JD Sports online. I have had so much stress trying to resolve my issue and in the end they just fobbed me off. I returned 4 trainers that I purchased online in the same sealed bag via their returns label. However after weeks of waiting they only refunded part of the money. They are stating they only received 2 out of the 4 trainers. I'm owed £250 from them but they are refusing to pay out!!! Someone has obviously tampered with the package and removed two boxes. However it is my word against theirs, eventhough I sent them photos from the cctv showing the very large package being collected. The way this has been handled is completely unprofessional and careless. I will never shop with them ever again. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. NEVER RETURN VIA COURIER - ALWAYS IN STORE. EVEN BETTER SHOP ELSEWHERE!
