DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
Ordered a shirt on 10/11/20. Told it will arrive by 16/11. It didn't arrive.
Sent a message from the website, no reply! Rang customer services to be told 'There is an IT problem with the order, I'll sort it', they didn't! I rang customer services again to cancel the order and to be refunded, they said 'We'll put a cancellation request through'. No change in order status and still no refund. Rang again today, only to be cut off before speaking to anyone.
