Order 8days ago still not dispatched. Payment has been taken with no sign of goods. Items were for my son's 21st birthday which has now been and gone with the payment made I was unable to get him anything else to open on his birthday. Delays should have been advised before order was placed so decision was available to be made for alternative company to be used. This has ruined my son's birthday and has left me very upset at such a milestone birthday being spoilt. I would appreciate an actual delivery date being given by the company and some kind of gesture of good will to compensate for this poor service. I have tried to call and have been advised you are too busy to take the call this is getting beyond a joke It has now been over the 13 days (today 10th December!) stated for this investigation to be carried out with no update or resolution to the claim, please can someone get in touch as soon as possible
