I can’t find words to describe the worst customer service.
I have purchased two pair of trainers April 2020. Received one pair and the other pair I have never received.
Since April I have contacted several time over the phone, sent a letter to customer service, wrote few emails. They asked me to fill a form and I have sent it. September 2020 I was asked on their emails just to give them more time.
Since April2020 Jd sports should have sorted out my order, not just keep £75 and ignoring emails and bad reviews.
Does anyone from JD Sports have responsibility over all these bad reviews on website.
