Ordered a hat on 4/12/20. On order it stated I would receive my item 3-5 working days. I have jdx aswell for next day delivery (not delivered any next day since last year) on day 11 and still no sign of my hat. Spoke to customer services today and apparently it could be with me some time this week. What a complete joke
