I purchase a branded jumper for my son costing £40.00, 1 month later with receipt I returned it to the store as the navy jumper had faded. It had to be sent off for inspection and they adviced that it had been in contact with a bleaching agent. I do not use bleaching agents at all during washing an my eco friendly washing maching washes at 20 degrees. I have raised 2 complaints and so far no one has replied. Shocking customer service.
Very disappointing.
