I wished I had read the reviews before I placed an order. Waiting for a Christmas present to arrive but it still states that it's still being processed, what!? Still after 3 weeks. Absolutely appaling.zero customer service. Never again will I order from these bunch of cowboys. I ordered Nike joggers, So I have ordered another item directly from Nike and it arrived in 2 days with Free Delivery!! Why can't JD do this? Because they don't have the items in stock and like to sit on customers money..fraudulent!
I will raise it with Resolver!
