Appalling. Don't bother ordering online. I placed an online order on the 8th December. I phoned on the 15th just to check everything as I had not received a confirmation email- I was told everything was fine and I would have GUARANTEED Christmas delivery as I had placed my order before the 9th. I was then informed on the 20th December that my item, which they had happily taken money for on the 9th, was not actually in stock. I have no issue with items not being in stock, what I do have an issue with is it taking 12 days to tell me this, leaving no time to source an alternative before Christmas. The same has just happened to my brother-in-law.
