Buyer beware
I returned an item on 17 December and received confirmation it had been received back from the courier on 18 December and I would receive a refund in “10 working “ days. As of today and numerous emails, they appear to have lost the item their end and I’ve been told I will have to wait at least another 14 days while they try and track it! If it’s lost their end why should I have to wait for a refund. I have looked online and found others have experienced a similar issue trying to get a refund too. An absolute disgrace from what I’d thought was a large reputable company. Take note and beware before using this lot for your purchases, I would give 0 were that possible!
