Customer service is absolutely awful. They lost my order and I had to keep chasing them up until they eventually admitted it had been lost. I spoke to Jon from their customer service team who was extremely rude and unhelpful and only offered a 10% discount which is wholly unhelpful as I already automatically receive 20% off. They were extremely useless and rude and I constantly online shop and this is the first time a company has just ‘lost my package’ 3 weeks after the order which is 5-7 days. My second and LAST time ordering with JD Sports. Absolutely appalling and embarrassing.
