I ordered a hoodie for my daughters birthday, when it turned up I was really disappointed with how it looked, it looked faded and like it had be worn ... it looked nothing like the picture or what I had seen previously in the shops weeks before, when I contacted j.d I just got told to send it back then.
Also I ordered something else from jd and I'm still waiting for it, it was ordered 3 weeks ago
