Thieves.
I ordered two pairs of Nike yoga pants in October. Only one arrived in the box. I complained immediately and filled out the form. Unfortunately, I put the wrong order number in which I remedied shortly afterwards - BUT NOT WITHIN THE TWO WEEKS (because I didn't know I had done this - nobody told me). JD Sports will not send me the second pair. So basically are robbing me, with no recourse, it would seem.
