Ordered converse trainers for my daughter for her birthday....sent wrong size
Phoned customer service who refused to send the right size until they received original pair.
Paid for express delivery and then had to go to a P.O. and pay to return.
Awaiting a refund...but not holding my breath for refund of delivery and return cost even though it was their mistake.
First time I have ordered from JD Sports and will be the last .
