Tried to exchange a pair of trainers at merry hill store.
I was 'refused'. Manager said they would have to be sent away to be 'assessed by the manufacturer even though it was obvious they were poor quality!
How come it says on the receipt... 28 days to change your goods!!??
Wont be shopping there again
