Ordered runners before Xmas and jd sports sent me the wrong size so I returned them at the start of January and got an email saying they received it and informed me that they were processing a refund to which I just asked for the right size pair to be sent back but they said it was already processing and it’s now coming to April and I still haven’t received either the runners nor a refund and everytime I email them I just get an automated response of “refined is processing” poor customer service and goes against all consumers rights...
