I placed an order with JD sports since the 12th of September and I still have not received the item. I contacted their so-called 'customer services' and I was told that my order will get to me in 48 hrs!
48 hrs have elapsed but no delivery. Twice this morning I have sent emails to this appalling company requesting for a complete refund, but I have not gotten any response! They are obviously ignoring my messages.
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! JD is so quick to take money but are quite terrible at delivering their services! MAJOR RIP-OFFS!!
Last time I EVER purchased anything from JD Scammers!
AVOID BY ALL MEANS!
EDIT: I just got a reply from yours truly after numerous emails and it reads as follows:
Dear Charles,
Thank you for your email.
Our records show that your order is currently at the couriers hub and we expect it to be delivered at some point over the weekend. If you have not yet received your order, please check with your neighbours or your local postal service using your name and address details as the order may be being held at their sorting office.
In order to refund your order, we would need the order sent back to us. The order must be in resaleable condition.
In addition to this, you can also refuse delivery from the courier and the order will be sent back to us. When we receive the order and have checked it's condition. Your refund will be processed. This will take upto 24 hours.
Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

They expect me to chase the package myself.Honestly, JD Sports is a repulsive company.
