At first the delivery time took more than 1 month and now it has been more than 3 months and I still did not get my money back for return. I have sent more than 20 emails and received the same message over and over again that: they "apologize for the inconvenience" and that they thank you "for your patience and understanding" - but nothing new happens and they just try to tire me out! Then there will finally be a report to the Police and the Swedish Consumer Agency!
