Terrible customer service.
I ordered an item and it hadn't been delivered in 3 weeks when I contacted customer service they then checked and told me it had been processed wrong and were giving me a refund and to reorder the item. this item is now sold out and I cant reorder. They were never going to inform me until I contacted them, they offered no solution to the issue about when the item would be back in stock. very disappointing. would not buy from them again.
also have to wait 5 days for my refund.
