I placed an order which did not arrive. JD Sports customer care team were totally ineffective and after 10 days and several conversations with staff, requesting that the replacement be sent to a different address, the original package arrived at my address. I wrote a long letter of complaint to customer care over two months ago, which I was told had been escalated to the managers. I chased again just under two months ago and again was told that a manager would be in contact with me. I have received no response. Dreadful service right from the start.
