I tried ordering products form the website. Three times I put through the order and three times the website told me my order wasn't processed and NO payment was taken. However, when I checked my bank account the payment had been taken on all three tries! I contacted JD Sports "customer service" to explain the situation and was met with a barrage of stupidity! The customer service representative that answered the phone seemed to be unable to understand or answer any of the questions that I asked and persisted in trying to convince me that it was my fault that this issue had occurred. It apparently is also normal practice for a business to allow a transaction to process even though the stock is not available! Leading to the order being invalid??!! I was advised that my only recourse was to wait 3-5 working days to have my money returned! Obviously being a glutton for punishment, I decided to try to order over the phone. This attempt was successful, or so I though. Upon checking my invoice I noticed that my shipping address had been spelled incorrectly and basically such a place doesn't exist! Again I began the ridiculous task of contacting "customer service". This time there was an acknowledgment that the mistake WAS on the part of JD Sports. However, they would be unable to do anything about the situation other than cancelling that particular order and ordering again! Spelling my address correctly was too difficult a task! Luckily though, I was offered a 10% discount off my next order (as if!) to compensate for my extreme aggravation! I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM JD SPORTS AGAIN!!!
