I have made an order at the store for a product. After one month, no product, cannot deliver it, I have to reorder but having system issues getting my money back, so I can pay again the order to get it. Is this a joke ?
Don’t order from them , you will lose it.
5 system issues until now and counting. Last customer serviced agent said we have system issue , very rare it happens.
