I ordered a pair of trainers and jog pants for next day deliver. They never arrived when I checked the tracking info, it said that uk mail had cancelled my order as they never received the goods from JD.
I am just being told one think from uk mail and another from JD. The customer service from JD is shocking. I have been left to chase it up my self.
I will never order online from them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. You think your saving time ordering online but it's more of an inconvenience!!!
