Dear Customer Service Team While I have been in contact with them I have received no further contact, apart from the final docket of my wages. Which should have been in over a week ago. The "manager" Jenny is clueless. I wish to be nice, but she got us to do her jobs because she just could not be bothered or was "too busy" to help. Even when I attempted to collect shoes from a 20 foot height I was told not to use THE LADDERS PROVIDED. Rather I was expected to climb p to 20foot wooden pallets to simply grab a pair of shoes. That look ugly as ****. Employees are all fine, just the management needs looking at. For one night my lift (parent) were kept waiting for up to 40 minutes while that Jackass (Jennie) wouldn't take 2 seconds out of the staff room to do a simple check, even when repeatedly knocked, obviously not on the phone... missed a couple of buses home, leaving me out of pocket around 40£. Please take a look into this. While JD did "great" sales this year, it may be due to taking advantage of new starters. They have also been reported to the Health and Safety NI, both by call and waiting for a call. Over 3 weeks later, I am still waiting. True Profinicity.
