Ordered trainers online, UK12. Item does not arrive after over 1.5 weeks. Checked online, a delivery attempt had been made but no note (it was from UPS). Went out of my way at a distance to collect. Collected the shoes, wrong size sent. Try and return via online process, did not work. Phoned customer services, automated process sends me a link to a label, error page not found. Phone customer services, as it has been sent direct from manufacturer (UA), its a different process. JD have to email then to get the return details sent to you it will take time. You then need to find a UPS drop off! Over 4 weeks later after a number of phone calls no returns label, after a number of promises. Wow, what a terrible service, worst online buying experience I have received from any vendor. I will never order from them online again. A response from JD if it want to talk about it???? I have been on the phone a number of times and you have not fixed the issue. You response is trying to demonstrate customer service when it is not present, 5 phone calls and still I can not return and get my money back.
