JD Sports has the worst customer service of any store I have ever shopped with.
First, I was charged for an order that was cancelled. When they finally refunded me, it was for less than the amount they charged me. I had to contact them to correct it, and they never fully refunded me so I ended up losing about $10 USD for no reason on a cancelled order.
The order that I did actually place and receive came in the incorrect size. I had to call to sort it out and was told that they would send a return label. When a return label didn't arrive, I called again and was told that no one had actually noted my order to send a label or anything at all.
Then I was told that they would just refund me for the incorrect item. I was told to place another order after I get my refund, but that would mean I would have to pay another shipping charge. She couldn't seem to understand what I was saying. Eventually she hung up on me.
Now I am stuck with a useless item. Absolutely horrible service riddled with mistakes that take time to deal with.
I will tell everyone I know to avoid dealing with this company.
