Ordered a product on a Friday for next day delivery as i wanted it for the weekend.. was told it could arrive anything up to 8pm that evening, had to sit in the house for 10 hours, it never turned up. called sunday morning to be told that hermes said they ''didnt have time to deliver it'' was told it would arrive monday - not much good to me when there is no one at my house.
Wished I'd never ordered- Awful service - Never again!! Still have no idea where my product is,tracking not updated since friday.
