I ordered a pair of trainers online over 10 days ago and they still haven't been delivered to store. I arrived in store (Meadowhall) to see if they had been delivered as I hadn't received an e-mail advising they had been delivered (should take 3-5 working days) and the lady who served me was very unhelpful. I then called customer services who were also unhelpful, stating that they 'don't know where the order is and it might have been lost'. I got advised he would call me back once he has contacted the warehouse, but I received no phone call. The day after I called them again, still advising me they don't know where my parcel is and will call me back! I ordered this over ten days ago and needed this for a specific date! Customer services should have arranged for another order to be delivered to store and work out themselves what has happened with the other!! Why should I wait when the money has already been taken out of my bank yet I still have no parcel! Absolute joke!
