Ordered on Monday 28th November for store pick up. No email, no communication off them. The online 'order tracker' not working. Sent email, replied back 24 hours later saying it was ready for dispatch to the store for delivery on the 5th Dec and that I'd get an email tomorrow and that it takes 3-5 WORKING days so it was on time. The store is open, the customer services hotline was open but Sat is classed as a non working day for their convenience. It's now 1900 hrs on the 5th Dec, no email, nothing. Click and collect..............................and wait 7 days! Going to be going into an 8th day. Missing my sons birthday. Looking on here many people have had the same problem. DO NOT USE. Awful service. This place is one of the High Streets leading Sports retailers and it's by far, the worst experience I've ever. Why would it take 3-5 days for an item to be delivered to the store from distribution centre anyway? It's put in a truck not sent 2nd Class post. Again, I reiterate,DO NOT USE, take your custom elsewhere.
