Placed an order, received confirmation email and order number and waited... and waited.
Eventually (week and half) checked order on-line, no record.
Contacted them and they advised they would refund me as one item wasn't in stock. The agent said he would try to get the order cancelled. Didn't ask if I still wanted other products or even advise of what they didn't have. I am still awaiting my refund.
I have found lots of similar complaints on-line, are they just taking as much money as they can so they can make a little money off of the interest?
Would they have ever let me know if I hadn't chased them up? Who knows, steer clear of these clowns. I know I'll stick to Amazon in future.
