I have never been to a shop where employees are so lazy and unorganised. Picked my product, size was too large, asked a member of staff to find me a smaller size. After waiting for 24 minutes (checked my phone) the employee came back while also talking to another employee about football and declared that He didn't find the product.
Online experience has been similar. The order came after a month and a half, but also not consisting of the items I have ordered.
To ease the suffering of potential clients JD should close their enterprise.
