Placed an order on the 25th of November. I received an email that my order was accepted. My order number is not recognised by the website. I sent them an email and they haven't replied yet. The live chat support is always down and even that one time it was up as I was talking with the lady the connection was lost and immediately after that the live chat went off again. You will tell be that it was black friday and that is why they are so busy. No! If you can't control a certain amount of orders then don't do it or at least explayn to the customers what is going on. It is now the 12th of December and I know nothing about my order.
