I ordered £170 worth of items for son for xmas on wed evening got email to say order accepted but no dispatch email as yet so tried ringing but told my call cannot be connected emails go unanswered my account shows no orders on record the ref number they gave me to track goes to error codes lucky enough I paid through PayPal but can't escalate case till 21st to get my refund I am now going to have to take my son to town to try get the items he wants in store hopefully they have them in stock ridiculous service before xmas get your act together jd thought better of you!!!
