Placed an order for two football tops for my nephews on the 12th of December. They were very quick to send me an email to say that it had been accepted, and that it could not be changed. However despite their website initially indicating that it would arrive in 3 to 5 business days, it has not arrived. Their customer service team appear to be un-contactable and their tracking website does not work and displays error codes. Yesterday I received an email from dpd to say that it should arrive today. However the order never arrived and dpd sent me another email to say that they have not yet received the parcel from JD Sports. I am now off on holiday, and my nephews will be missing their football tops for Christmas. I will never use them again, and suggest that you think twice before using them.
