Placed my order with JD SPORT on the 14th December - had an acceptance text for receipt of order. The cost of 222.00 was taken from bank account. As yet no receipt of goods ordered. I have tried to contact JD SPORT via customer services - listened to there adverts etc at cost before being asked to select a number to trace my order and then get told by automated message there is no one available and the call ends. I have tried the online chat but this service is not available either, I have emailed twice without response
I received a text message to say my order would be delivered on the 20th December and then received another from DPD to say they had not received the goods from JD SPORT.
I am appalled at there customer service that does not exist- quick to take the money then leave you high and dry.
