Despite placing the order on 16 December and being assured that the parcel would arrive on time for Christmas - still no parcel on 27th December.
Tried to contact them on Christmas eve but they weren't taking calls.
Spoke to some yesterday and got the feeble excuse that they were very busy on the run up to Christmas - who would have thought it, eh???
Never again.
