Came to the store in Ealing Broadway, picked a few pairs of trainers to try on and went to
ask for the right size. Customer service assistant told her colleague to bring it to the till. I asked why. She said it's our policy today. It is not allowed to try the shoes on because it's sale day. That particular trainers were not on sale.
