Well it looks like my experience has been the same as everyone else , shocking !
Bought some tracksuit bottoms before christmas for our son , couldnt try them on because changing room was out of action ( actually full of stock )
Took them back on tuesday 27th , also bought another pair but couldnt try them either because the changing room was being used for stock ! got to till to be told we couldnt exchange them until thursday and that we should have read our reciept !
Really ? 30 mile round trip , parking and fuel costs , the wrong size in one hand the right in the other and they wouldnt exchange them .
They didnt want there tills held up with refunds or exchanges hence the change of policy over christmas , sod there poor customers its all about taking as money as quick as possible simple as that .
Disgusting , if i could give less than one star i would .
