I got a pair of trainers as a Christmas present but the number wasn't the right one. When I went to the shop to get an exchange they didn't have my number, the staff member told me to queue up and ask at the counter to order online.
Once it's sales I had to wait for about 40 minutes at the queue with my 2 months old baby for them to say that they wouldn't do that for me!
At the end I got so frustrated that I just wanted a refund and rather shop somewhere else.
