I was skeptical when I read the reviews of others at first but it was too late as I had already placed my order. The customer service was really nice as they replied to my inquiries through email and Twitter quite fast. The item I ordered arrived safely, although it took nearly a month to come, but that was pretty good, considering my local post office took nearly 2 weeks to process my item.
