I have ordered two pairs of shoes from JD online store on the day of the release. First pair on Dec.9th, 2nd on Dec.26th.
Both shoes did not arrive and I have been waiting for more than 3 months for my shoes. Tried to contact customer service via email, asks me to wait for 7-10 days after my order but doesn't provide any tracking information (company name, dates, site).
Their tracking number does not work either, so there is no way to know where your parcel is and all they tell you is it is on its way.
After back and forth of emailing them, asks me to check with my custom (in case of paying custom fee to release my shoes), but doesn't provide any information. How the hell am I suppose to check with the custom without any information?
What is worst, is the copy and paste reply in the same email. How stupid to copy and paste the same reply to me within the same email?
Do yourself a favor, and never order from JD sports, worst experience I have ever had. Never going to buy shoes from them.
P.S: I haven't received both of my refunds yet, and it has been 3 months.
