1 STAR SHOULD NOT BE EQUIVALENT TO POOR REVIEW. i could have given this online store a negative feedback. They say they pride themselves on taking care of customers and for having fast shipping (10 days to US) BUT I ORDERED 3/27/2017 and up until today I DONT HAVE MY ORDER. The tracking # they provide DOES NOT EVEN GIVE YOU A SPECIFIC TRACKING INFO bout your order. NO ESTIMATED delivery too. IF I KNEW THIS WOULD HAPPEN I SHOULD HAVE STAYED AWAY. Repeat emails which are copy and pasted from the previous emails, how dumb is that?? I can read... and comprehend. POOR TURNAROUND time on replying to emails... then when they reply, they just say the same thing.
