Lies lies lies, oredered trainers for my daughter birthday, on first day late emailed them got message saying they would be in contact shortly, NO Contact!, so rang they apologised for being late, gave carriage refund and guaranteed I would receive order next day without fail, surprise surprise did not come, so rang again, this time was told that the order had not left yet, so cancelled order, and they said I would get an immediate refund, 8 days later order turned up, and they did not do refund, absolutely useless, I will never buy from JD ever again, I would strongly recommend you do not either.
