AWFUL SERVICE NEVER SHOP HERE!!! Almost 4 weeks ago I placed an order. After 1 week I had no email saying it was received in store. I emailed customer service, they confirmed it was there. I went to the store - turns out it doesn't exist - why was this even an option on the website? I called, I emailed multiple times - no response even after several days. Where is my order and where is my money??? Finally get through to someone on Twitter, they give me no apology, said I should go to a further away store that THEY CAN'T even get in contact with, to pick up my order. Eventually I get an apology, but a very minor one. I asked for a refund 9 days ago, and I have been told today that the warehouse haven't responded. What on earth is going on???? Please don't put yourself through the stress I've been through - shop somewhere else. I've never had worse service in my life.
