I was refused the opportunity to purchase a football shirt marked at £30 as it was supposedly incorrectly marked! There was another the same price, but apparently their policy is that there must be 3 marked 'incorrectly' for them to sell at that price. I asked for a refund on my £36 purchase and while this was processing, was told to 'shut-up' by the supposed manager, 10th June 2017, Newtownabbey store. After I left some friends who were still in the store heard staff refer to me as a 'bitch.' So much for good customer service and being able to purchase an item at the marked price.
