I ordered a pair of trainers online and paid for them, then I get message saying it'll be 5 days until I can pick them up instore?
What?!
This is 2017, if you can't do Next Day Click and Collect, then get out of the business.
I order from M&S, Waitrose, Boots etc, the item is ready to collect the next day. Always.
I suspect seeing as they charge £6.99 for next day delivery, it's designed as a rip off.
I would suggest the relevant bodies look into this, as it's obviously against the interest of most customers.
