So, just one day ago I rated 1 star and complained about bad service because they sent me wrong shoe size and didn´t reply when I tried to contact them. Now, I really want to take that 1 star back give them a 5+++ star and tell you why; they finally contacted me about this and said they will return my money and if I want to place an order again, they will give me 25% discount and free shipping! On top of that, I can keep the shoes that I already got! Now, that´s how you take care of your customers. Definitely my new favourit shop!
