Ordered items, never arrived. Took two weeks of emails(most of which were unanswered) before they admitted they lost the package. Had the cheek to suggest I follow up with delivery company. Now waiting 4 weeks for refund and more emails have not been answered. I have not been rude or unreasonable at any stage and been more than patient. I will never shop with them again
