The worst experience ever. I ordered trainers over 2 weeks ago they were not in stock but JD still took my money. They were a gift for my son. Being a single parent I could not afford to buy them again elsewhere as I was awaiting JD to refund me. I contacted them again Saturday the 14-07-17 and was assured my refund would be in within 3 days. 18-10-17 guess what no refund, so I contacted them again today and now they have only done this today as previously there incompetent staff did it incorrectly. Well its my sons Birthday today and how embarrassing that I cannot give him his trainers as JD still have my money and I am a single Dad. JD offered me 10% off my next order, yeh right I would never ever order from them again even if it was 50% HAPPY BIRTHDAY SON IM SORRY I HAVENT GOT YOU A PRESENT JD STOLE YOUR PRESENT
